Introduction

[Spika] ("SiteFXR," "we," "us," or "our") provides an AI-powered lead generation, website auditing, and training platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have — both as a SiteFXR subscriber, and as someone whose website may be scanned by a SiteFXR subscriber using our tools.

By using SiteFXR, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information: name, email address, and password when you create a SiteFXR account.
  • Payment information: billing details are collected and processed by Stripe, our payment processor. SiteFXR does not store full card numbers on its own servers.
  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, scan history, and general interaction data collected via cookies and similar technologies.
  • Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and timestamps, collected automatically.
  • Content you submit: niches, target URLs, notes, and outreach templates you create or upload within your account.

Data from the Scanner tool

The SiteFXR Scanner analyzes publicly available information about third-party websites that you, as a subscriber, submit for scanning. This may include publicly listed business names, contact details, and technical/SEO characteristics of those sites.

This data is stored within your SiteFXR account (visible in the History / CRM feature) for your own use in identifying and contacting prospective clients. SiteFXR does not independently sell or distribute this scanned data to third parties. As the subscriber, you are responsible for ensuring your own use of scanned data and any outreach you conduct complies with applicable law, including anti-spam legislation such as the CAN-SPAM Act, and any state-level marketing or privacy laws that may apply to the businesses you contact.

How we use information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the SiteFXR platform and its features.
  • To process subscription payments and manage billing via Stripe.
  • To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests.
  • To send marketing communications, where you have not opted out.
  • To monitor for fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms & Conditions.
  • To analyze aggregate usage trends to improve the product.

Cookies & tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies (including advertising pixels from platforms such as Meta/Facebook) to operate the site, remember your preferences, and measure the performance of our marketing campaigns. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect site functionality.

Sharing & third parties

We share information with the following categories of service providers, only as necessary to operate SiteFXR:

  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Hosting & infrastructure providers — e.g. Vercel, Supabase — to run the application and store data securely.
  • Analytics and advertising platforms — e.g. Meta/Facebook Ads — for marketing measurement.
  • Email delivery providers — e.g. Resend — to send transactional and account emails.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of SiteFXR, our users, or others.

Data retention

We retain account and scan data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, or to resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see "Your rights & choices" below).

Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to opt out of certain data uses (including, for California residents, rights under the CCPA/CPRA). To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@sitefxr.com.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in those emails. Transactional emails related to your subscription cannot be opted out of while your account remains active.

Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

SiteFXR is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.

International users

SiteFXR is operated from, and primarily intended for, users in the United States. If you access the service from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of SiteFXR after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
