Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SiteFXR, operated by Spika ("SiteFXR," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or subscribing to SiteFXR, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use SiteFXR. By subscribing, you represent that you meet this requirement.

SiteFXR is a subscription platform that provides: (i) an AI-powered website scanning and audit tool, (ii) a prospect tracking / CRM feature, and (iii) a training program (the "Academy") covering the use of related third-party tools. SiteFXR is a software and training product — it is not an employment relationship, agency, partnership, or franchise between you and SiteFXR.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@sitefxr.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

SiteFXR is offered on a subscription basis at $59/month or $599/year, billed in advance via our payment processor, Stripe.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Prices are subject to change; we will provide reasonable notice of any price changes before they take effect for existing subscribers.
• You authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis for as long as your subscription remains active.
• Failed payments may result in suspension of access until payment is resolved.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial purchase. If you are not satisfied within that window, contact contact@sitefxr.com for a full refund of your first payment. This guarantee applies once per customer and does not apply to subsequent renewal payments after the initial 14-day period has passed.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Monthly subscribers who cancel will retain access until the end of the current billing period and will not be charged again. Annual subscribers who cancel outside the 14-day guarantee window will retain access until the end of the paid annual term; no partial refunds are provided for early cancellation of an annual plan outside that window.

SiteFXR provides software tools and training. We do not guarantee any level of income, number of clients, or business outcome from using SiteFXR. Any results, testimonials, or examples referenced on our website or in our marketing represent individual experiences and are not typical or guaranteed.

Your results will depend on factors outside our control, including your effort, market conditions, your existing skills, and how you apply the tools and training provided. SiteFXR should be evaluated as a software and education subscription, not as a promise or guarantee of earnings.

You agree not to:

• Use SiteFXR for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Use the Scanner tool to target websites in a manner that violates the target website's own terms of service or applicable computer-access laws.
• Resell, sublicense, or share your SiteFXR account access with anyone outside your own use.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying SiteFXR platform itself.
• Use SiteFXR to send unsolicited communications in violation of applicable anti-spam law.

SiteFXR provides tools, templates, and audit reports to help you identify and contact prospective clients. You are solely responsible for the content of your outreach and for ensuring your own compliance with applicable law, including but not limited to the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) if you contact prospects by phone or SMS, and any state-level marketing or privacy regulations relevant to the businesses you contact. SiteFXR is not responsible for how you use the tools we provide.

The SiteFXR scanner is designed to audit websites for the purpose of identifying legitimate business development opportunities. When you use the scanner to audit a website you do not own or operate, you are solely responsible for ensuring that such scanning is lawful and compliant with the target website's terms of service, applicable computer-access laws (including the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act), and any other relevant regulations. SiteFXR makes no representation that scanning any particular third-party website is permissible, and accepts no liability for any claims, damages, or disputes arising from your use of the scanner against third-party sites. By using the scanner, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spika from any such claims.

All SiteFXR software, branding, training content, and platform design are the property of Spika or its licensors. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SiteFXR for your own business purposes for as long as your subscription remains active. You retain ownership of the content you create (e.g. your own notes and outreach copy) using SiteFXR's tools.

SiteFXR is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scan results and audit data will be complete or accurate at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spika shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of SiteFXR. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of SiteFXR shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spika, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of SiteFXR, your outreach activities, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to SiteFXR if you violate these Terms, without refund, at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time as described in "Cancellation" above.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Governing jurisdiction — confirm with counsel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of SiteFXR after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
